Kelechi Mbah is a Business Development & Growth Strategist with 15 years of working experience in the Telecoms, Media, Consulting, and Technology industry.
She is an awardee of the US consulate Department of Educational Affairs grant on her Techwomen-Go- Entrepreneurial project. She is a 2016 Mandela Washington Fellow.
She is a Certified Mediator of the Lagos multi-door courthouse where she has earned a high settlement rate at resolving contract-related conflicts. She is also a certified graduate of the Copyright Law program of Harvard University in conjunction with the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal studies.
A social entrepreneur with four launched projects to her credit – the Career Lane Initiative aimed at solving unemployment issues in Nigeria; The Business Leaders Forum, a breakfast networking platform for budding entrepreneurs; Techwomen-go-entrepreneurial, an initiative that inspires female coders and developers to start-off innovative businesses; and the Leading Lady Network forum, a mentoring platform for women who aspire to lead.
She has a background degree in Biomedical Sciences with a specialization in Clinical Chemistry and a post-graduate diploma in Customer Service Management. She holds certifications in HSE competence levels 2 and 3 from the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria.
She is a BET 5 Scholar of the Diamond bank-sponsored programme and a Women X scholar of the World Bank-sponsored Certified Entrepreneurship Management programme, both at the Enterprise Development Center of the Pan Atlantic University. Kacy is a trained Project Manager, a Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, a Globally certified e-business professional from the EC Council. She completed her Business and Entrepreneurship Education at Northwestern University Evanston Illinois and a Post Graduate Executive Education in Accelerating Sales Performance from the Kellogg School of management, Evanston Illinois, e is currently an MBA student at the University of Northampton UK.
